I had some vinyl flooring I needed fitting as I didn't want the hassle (and I didn't know how) of fitting myself. I spoke to Lee and he sorted me out with the fitting and also provided and fitted the underlay at what I thought was a very reasonable price.

I was a pain of a customer and changing dates and requesting more or less work doing and Lee was always polite and the Lads he sent round were very professional and did a fantastic job, (and cleaned up after which I liked) they also offered post fit care and help if I required it.

I would definitely recommend LRS and will also be using them again for future work.

Last week, Lee and his team re floored most of my home - the kitchen/diner, hall, stairs and landing, bathroom, shower room, toilet, bedroom, lounge and conservatory with a mixture of carpet and Karndean. A significant amount of work, as you can imagine.

I cannot fault the result (which is beautiful) or the workmen. Lee, Craig, Rich, Dave and Matt were very efficient workers who required little input from me. They were all lovely people and easy to have around the house at a time of great upheaval. I love Lee's can do attitude. They were always on time and kept me fully informed along the way.

The quality of the workmanship cannot be faulted and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

WOW where do I start. I don't normally do reviews but this time I feel I have to. Lee and his team are amazing. After watching cow boy builders etc it's difficult to trust anyone these days. We have had LRS laying down our granite tiles and laminates and they have done a first class job. Being a new built Lee has had to be very flexible to meet the requirements of the site manager and he has done this remarkably well. Lee's prices are not the cheapest but they are very competitive and for the job he does it's worth every penny. If you want to have a house with the WOW factor flooring, total peace of mind and no regrets don't look beyond LRS flooring these guys do a brilliant job. A big thank you LRS I will make sure friends and family know about you.

My parents had their engineered flooring installed by another fitter but soon the problems in isolated zones became apparent. I was given LRS's number by Porcelanosa in Solihull. I called and spoke to Lee and he was genuine and honest in his evaluation.

Lee came and fixed the flooring in a short period of time and the family were impressed with his professionalism and honesty. After completing the work he recalculated his fee as he felt the work was not onerous or big as he had initially thought....how often do you get this?

I am a qualified architect and can honestly say Lee is a gem and true gentleman and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I would use him in the near future and have recommended him to fellow colleagues and clients.

We have recently had Karndean DaVinci Flooring laid by LRS Flooring and would just like to say how pleased and happy we are with both the finished product and the service we received!

If like me you are a bit hesitant about Karndean in general, don't be...you can't get a better overall type of floor. It looks absolutely stunning and feels better than wood/laminate under foot (and much more hard wearing!)

The main thing is, get a good fitter and with LRS you can't go wrong, they go out of their way to make it look that extra bit special. We were so impressed with the Hall/Dining Room and Lounge that they fitted we called them back a few weeks later to fit the Kitchen too.

We will definitely be calling these guys back when we need flooring sorting again!!!! Highly recommended.

New Flooring & carpets Fitted After Flood Damage May 2012 May 2012

By luck we had LRS sent to fit a new laquered oak floor following flood damage. We have to say that we are really pleased with both the workmanship and the team who fitted it - much better than the original floor and fitting! As our carpets were damaged too we had no hesitation in asking them to fit a new carpet. Another top quality job done in a very short timescale. Nothing was too much trouble.. Fast, Professional and brilliant service. We got our laminated flooring to 3 rooms and the stair case done by LRS Flooring, couple of months back. Even after these months have passed by, the flooring still looks as if it was done just last week!

They made the whole job look so easy, finished thoroughly, with amazing speed, without any room to point out a lacuna. Difficult part was the staircase, but every corner was professionaly covered. Neat and tidy finishing. Not only will call them myself for any future work but would strongly recommend to others.

L.R.S. has just laid Karndean flooring in our kitchen/laundry which is roughly 30 square meters and the area is not symmetrical and we were worried that it would not be right. How wrong could we be! they spent two hours dry laying the karndean tiles down so we could see what it would look like and when you you consider that time is money and they didn’t have to bother as it was a fixed quote. they even removed the toilet in the laundry/utility instead of trying to cut round it which probably would not have looked so good. We have never left a comment before on work carried out as you expect to get what you pay for but in this case we felt it deserved appreciation for doing such a great job.!!

Lee also had to make good a bodge job we had done previously to remove the old ceramic tiles and screed which took the best part of a day. Must not forget Richard his assistant who was also brilliant.

We would whole heartedly recommend LRS Flooring Specialist to everyone as they gave a wonderful and stress free service and if we ever require any further tiling, Lee will be our first port of call!

L.R.S flooring are the best flooring company in birmingham and there work is of the highest standerd.We would reccomend everyone to stop using cowboy floor fitters and stick to L.R.S flooring. The company who supplied my flooring left me two packs short!! but L.R.S.came back no questions asked and fitted the rest of the flooring. He was helpful, patient and friendly gave me a fair quote with no pressure selling and the work was completed well and to schedule at relatively short notice. From the first time I came in contact with Lee, he was friendly, professional and took the time to understand our requirements and give us the best advice relating to what type of lamiate would suit our needs and budget. "I would definately recommend LRS Flooring. I originally was going to purchase some laminate online and have LRS fit it, thinking this would work out cheaper, but Lee's quote was very competitive and it worked out to be much easier and just as economical for LRS to both supply and fit my bedroom flooring. There was no hard sell (which puts me off dealing with a company straight away!) and Lee advised me of the products they supplied so I could view the range online (as I was short on time). I previously had carpet in the bedroom, and when lifting this I found some old uneven tiling on an otherwise wooden floor, and I also had some cable running along part of the floor which was no longer in use. Lee very kindly disconnected the cable for me and the uneven tiling did not pose any problems for him. The job was finished within 2 hours and overall I am very pleased. "

I have never had laminates before and was a bit nervous about all the particulars etc.. and my hallway did appear in the first instance that it might cause some problems as there was so many doors coming off the hallway and lots of corners etc... I was extremely surprised when Lee actually got it all done in the 4 hours he said it would take because I really thought it would take him alot longer. LRS was very professional and did a fantasic job and they were reasonably priced compared to other quotes I have had for laminate fittings. I would definately reccommend them.

Lee fitted my mothers's bathroom flooring, living room wooden floor and conservatory flooring. Since doing that he has supplied and fitted floors in our conservatory, dining area and our living room flooring. Lee and his team were really friendly, approachable and we were very happy with the quality of their work. They always cleared up after themselves, and worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the wooden flooring they recommended and supplied was much better than other ranges we had previously been looking at. Lee reassured us that if we had any problems we should contact them without hesitation, but I am pleased to say that we have had no problems at all, either at our house or my mother's. There were no pressure sales, and I would recommend them to anybody looking to find a good, local flooring contractor. We found their advice was readily available and very helpful.
